DIGITALISING THE HEALTH SECTOR

Health insurances are adding new digital services to their portfolio to offer easily accessible health services to their users. For this project, we imagined and designed a chatbot which would assess through a conversational interface the user’s symptoms and make some suggestons at the end of the process.

Within a multi-disciplinary team, I led the delivery of the app mock-up, in collaboration with the team of developers. We managed to meet the tight project’s deadline without compromising on the easthetics and respecting the client’s corporate identity guidelines.
